Nothing is more Miami summer vibes than flamingos, so I channeled my summer soul for a rosé and flamingle pool day.
While up in Jupiter, FL, I stopped by Carmine’s, an adorable local market, and grabbed a 2016 Notorious Pink Grenache Rosé. I was attracted to it’s sleek matte bottle and sophisticated glass top. It’s from France and made by the Pugibet family, which has been making wine since 1890. The vineyard is located in the south of France on the Mediterranean Sea.
The rosé is made of 100% pure Grenache and has a pale pink color. It has a floral aroma with notes of citrus and berries, along with nice acidity and minerality. It was $17 and I enjoyed it by the pool with a flamingo bikini (TJ Maxx), flamingo wine glasses (HomeGoods), and a flamingo floaty (thrift store). I give it a 4/5.
