¡Vamos a comer y beber! Zeru Miami recently kicked off its Gastronomic Dinner Series and I had the pleasure of enjoying the best dinner in Brickell paired with Spanish wines from La Rioja Alta. The series is designed to highlight a specific winery or collaborate with guest chefs to create a five-course menu and unforgettable dining experience. The menu I tasted was from Chef Gabriela Guitron and Israel Aretxiga, paired with tasty wines from La Rioja Alta.
Just peep that Zeru Miami and La Rioja Alta menu:
🍷 Lagar D Cervera, Albariño, 2022
🍴 Roasted abalone, sea urchin, and mussel marinade
🍷 Viña Alberdi Reserva, Tempranillo, 2018
🍴 Aged sirloin, smoked olive oil, eel, and idiazabal ice cream
🍷 Viña Arana Gran Reserva, Tempranillo, 2015.
🍴 Josper quail, potato foam, roasted eggplant, and sun-dried tomatoes
