You know that I’m about that Rosé all day attitude, so I couldn’t help but pass up the opportunity to visit La Centrale’s seasonal Rosé garden. Inspired by the Isle of Capri’s oceanfront cliff side gardens, their pop-up Rosé garden is tucked on the second floor and draped with blossoming bougainvillea flowers.
I stopped by with a friend on a rainy Saturday for an afternoon full of catching up, laughter, and—of course—Rosé! We opted for the bottomless option, since the Insta-worthy Rosé fountain was reserved for larger parties, and took full advantage. We drank Fattoria Sardi Giustiniani Rosé, but there was also a Santa Margherita sparkling, frosé, and specialty cocktails on the menu (like a roses and lychee martini).
We nibbled on fresh oysters and cauliflower burgers, but also eyed a variety of seafood options. You could also order from a larger passport menu, which has pasta and larger plates.
We ended our lovely time with the signature pink dessert tower—full of tarts, macarons, cheesecake, and more. Boy was it an adorably delicious sight. We felt like such leisurely ladies who lunch.
If you’re in Miami for the summer, don’t miss this. It’s open now through Labor Day, so make your reservation. Cheers!
